The Senior team is for skaters who are highly experienced in the synchronised skating discipline. It follows the International Skating Union rules for the Senior Short and Free Skating programs. The short program has a set of specific elements required for each season that each team must complete in their music program. The free skating program allows more choice for the elements and added features allowing for a greater range of difficulty. This division is highly competitive allowing for two fast and exciting music programs.
